These Terms and Conditions are applicable to Amazon Book Publishings.

Copyright
Clients will hold complete copyright for the content produced for them, and it will be delivered as agreed upon terms. We will have no rights over the content. Therefore, clients are free to publish as they desire.

Payment

• We take 100% payment upfront and in advance for all the services we provide.
• Any transaction charges and taxes will be paid by the client.

Revisions

• We provide infinite revisions for the work we produce. However, the request for them needs to be made within 7 days of delivering the work. In certain cases, we accommodate requests made within 14 days, too.
• We will complete revisions as urgently as possible, considering the urgency.

Project Requirements

• All project requirements are to be discussed clearly with clients before beginning the project.
• Any disputes will be handled based on agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

• Clients are permitted to claim a full refund for the paid amount before we begin working on the project. However, after the work has begun, the terms will change, and the refund will be processed after applicable deductions have been made.
• Refunds aren't permitted for clients who've signed up for discounted or limited-time promotions.
• Refund requests can be submitted, given the client isn't satisfied with a service or project offered by Amazon Book Publishings, within five days of order completion.
• A fragment of the refund will be reimbursed if we fail to provide any service through our infinite revision policy.
• If we receive no refund request within 5 days of delivering your order, satisfaction will be assumed.

• The information given on our company website includes the services offered by the company and does not render warranties, guarantees, or certifications.
• The company, associates, employees, or any affiliates will not be held liable in any way for any damage or loss that occurs for an individual due to an unexpected error in the data contained on the site.
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the company, directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates acquitted for any actions, claims, losses, damages, and expenses related to the following:
1. A violation of these Terms of Use.
2. Access and usage of the website and services provided.
3. A violation of third-party rights
